7:30 pm Doors and welcome, Guests received by ushers. Orchestra plays through arrival. Cocktails circulating.
8:00 pm Networking over cocktails, Orchestra continues. No amplified speeches yet.
8:15 pm Call to order, MC welcomes guests and sets the intent for the evening.
8:30 pm Opening prayer and introduction Brief. Introduction of Faces of Culture and the second edition.
07:30 pM - 08:30 pM
performance one
8:40 pm Performance one, Live opening performance. Artist to be confirmed.
8:55 pm Guided gallery tour, Frank Tumuhairwe leads guests through the collection. Music continues underneath, orchestral only.
9:30 pm Guests return to seats, Ushers distribute guest packages, sponsored by Baguma Timothy.

9:40 pm Performance two, Live set. Artist to be confirmed.
9:55 pm Live auction, Selected works offered in appreciation. Auctioneer to be confirmed.
10:25 pm In conversation with Frank, Q and A on the work, the drive behind it, and why he does what he does.

11:05 pm Official opening, Frank signs the exhibition open to the public.
11:15 pm Surprise performance, Guest artist, not announced ahead of the night. Kept off the printed programme and briefed separately with security and sound.
